Sandra Yuk-Sim Wu is a senior executive, board director, and Founder and President of Stratavia Management Consulting Inc., a Canadian advisory firm specializing in AI strategy and governance, organizational transformation, leadership development, and strategic planning.
As a Board Director of HKCBA Ottawa Chapter, Sandra is committed to strengthening business, innovation, talent, and cultural connections between Canada and Hong Kong. She also serves as Canadian Delegation Leader for the Asia Summit on Global Health in partnership with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, supporting international collaboration in healthcare, innovation, and economic development.
Sandra currently serves as Department Chair of Finance, Accounting and Legal Studies at Algonquin College, where she leads academic operations, workforce planning, talent development, and industry partnerships. Her work focuses on preparing future leaders and aligning education with evolving workforce and community needs.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience across healthcare, academic medicine, post-secondary education, and community organizations, Sandra has held senior leadership roles at The Ottawa Hospital and Accreditation Canada and led major digital transformation and emergency preparedness initiatives with national organizations, including the Canadian Pharmacists Association and the Canadian Red Cross.
Sandra holds an MBA and executive certifications from the MIT Sloan School of Management in AI for Business Strategy and Management & Leadership. Her expertise includes governance, innovation, strategic partnerships, organizational transformation, and cross-sector collaboration.
